1. RETURNS
1.1 Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in original condition
In its original packaging
1.3 Personalized, custom, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1 Contact admin@ekidey.com to initiate a return.
2.2 Include:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the product is defective or damaged)
2.3 EKIDEY will provide instructions for shipping the product back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
3. REFUNDS
3.1 Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
3.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or sent in error.
4. EXCHANGES
4.1 EKIDEY may offer exchanges for the same product or store credit, subject to stock availability.
5. CANCELLATIONS
5.1 Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting support@ekidey.com.
5.2 Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may instead follow the return process above.
